Reviews and Ratings
I'm currently still staying here and really enjoying it. The rooms are a bit on the small side but very clean and comfortable, equipped with a balcony, couch, gas fireplace, and a kitchenette for convenience. The service at the Minerals Sports Club has been outstanding, with staff going above and beyond by remembering our names and allowing us to stay past the check-out time. The location offers stunning pools and beautiful hiking trails, making it a picturesque backdrop for any activity. The dining experience at Kites was decent, and the facilities are top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a tub instead of a roll-in shower, which I found to be a nice touch. The hotel's recent renovations made everything super clean and well-maintained, enhancing my experience.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms provide access to a balcony, fireplace, and kitchenette amenities, while the cleanliness falls short. The service is welcoming and informative, yet lacking in room availability. The location is ideal for outdoor activities but may lack warmth. The dining options vary in quality, with positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were nice and clean, albeit a bit on the small side, but the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and overall, the environment was cozy and inviting. However, the dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of value for money. The location was superb for both relaxation and access to winter activities.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms, although a bit small, were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, the fact that I was expecting to own a condo unit and it turned out to be a total disappointment was a downside. The service I received was very helpful and accommodating, especially after the unfortunate experience at the Grand Cascades that had me going nuts.
